Oven Baked Pork Ribs

4-lb. pork ribs
3 Tblsp. lemon juice
4 Tblsp. honey
2Tblsp. olive oil
1 Tblsp. soy sauce
3 Tblsp. diced onion
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tblsp. chopped garlic
2 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain juices. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush ribs with mixture. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes or until meat is tender.
