1-lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tblsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 of the tomato sauce can of water
In a medium skillet cook beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat. Return meat & onions to pan and add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Allow mixture to cook for about 15 minutes.(Sauce will thicken as it cooks.) Serve over hot dogs.
